Truck Driver/Maintenance/Shop
Midway Coop is hiring a Truck Driver/Maintenance/Shop Technician.

Who you are:
- You have a minimum class 3A driver’s license. Preference will be class 1A.
- You have prior truck driving experience with a clean driver’s abstract.
- You have customer service experience.
- You are familiar with the requirements of the National Safety Code.
- You have strong communication, organization skills and willing to work in a team environment.
- You are willing to do various functions including being flexible to drive truck at other locations during busy times when Midway Coop and Lake Lenore Coop become Heartland Coop in January 2027. Trucking duties may include Bulk Fuel, Fertilizer, product, or equipment therefore class 1A is preferred. You will be required to work at either LeRoy or Lake Lenore based on business and seasons.
- You have certification in WHMIS, TDG, First Aid, Forklift & Skid Steer, Propane or are willing to attain.
- You are flexible to work a longer-days during seasonal demands.
- You are physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs & follow safe work practices.
What you will do:
- Bulk Fuel Truck &/or Semi-Truck driver operation based on qualifications.
- General Department Maintenance for Midway Coop locations and related fuel locations.
- Shop Duties as required – tires, oil, hydraulic hoses & house equipment maintenance.
- Inventory support – organizing, displaying, receiving & restocking product.
- Ag Department – help the crop input department with deliveries & warehousing.
- be an active team member for the operation of the Agro Center ensuring customer service for all members and customers
- forklift & skid steer operations – unload trucks, site snow removal and yard maintenance.
