Food is our love language. We love to forage, grow, and create delicious and nourishing meals, and we especially love sharing them with others.

Here is the meal plan for the weekend. We may modify and/or bring some additional surprises, depending on what's available or abundant at the time.

Friday evening

As you arrive and get settled, we will have snacks and refreshments available to graze on and mingle. After settling in, enjoy a variety of wild-inspired charcuterie, savory s'mores, jalepeno bacon jam and wild jellies.

Optional potluck. Bring something small to share if you wish, but not necessary.

Saturday lunch

After a wander in the woods collecting edible greens and flowers, we will create a beautiful salad together to be enjoyed with our gourmet pizza lunch.
Our creations will include:
Morel and caramelized onion with brie and balsamic glaze
Margherita with wild greens and bocconcini
Chef's Kiss, daily inspiration

Saturday dinner

Grilled beef skewers with wild chimichurri
Spruce lemon pepper roasted potatoes
Greek style salad

Sunday lunch

Mando's Tuscan sausage and nettle soup with Jewel's sourdough focaccia and chive blossom butter
*this delicious lunch combo was raved about at a festival last summer

Ongoing

Throughout the weekend, enjoy a variety of refreshments at the Wild Tea Bar. Sample a variety of teas, hot and cold, herbal syrups and other creations. Get creative making your own beverage or have us create something for you. Feel free to bring a splash of gin to make it a cocktail.

Dark roast coffee will be made available in the mornings, and hot water for tea, etc. We will keep you nourished, but we do not make breakfast as many people skip it or bring something simple. The camp kitchen and stove are available if you would like to prepare something.

This is an off grid camp, so everything is cooked on a flame, and water is brought in jugs. Please bring your own drinking water, breakfast or snacks, and additional beverages.

Please bring your own mug, plate, bowl, and utensils. We will have a wash station set up for washing dishes.

Any questions or concerns regarding food sensitivities etc, please message us.

We can't wait to share some new creations with you!

Did you know that we prepare all of the food at Wild in Nature? But we don't just make it...

We forage it.
We grow it.
We process it.
We pickle it.
We ferment it.
We smoke it.
We powder it.
We share it.
We enjoy it.
We dream up new creations.
And we love hearing your ideas too.

Food is one of our love languages. There's something special about gathering around a table filled with ingredients that have been grown, gathered, and crafted with care.

Over the past few years, we've had the joy of preparing food for wild women festivals and one of the best parts has been hearing how much people enjoy the meals. Last fall was another fun surprise when Mandy's Wild Woman Chili was voted People's Choice at the Rival Trade Brewing chili cook-off.

If you've shared a meal with us, or one of our culinary products, we'd love to hear from you.

What was your favourite creation?

Rolling up some fireweed for Ivan chai today🌿😍

This was a collective event at last year's wild women camp out and definitely a task made lighter by many hands!

Looking forward to the village hands workshop this year with Healing Hills Herbals!

Meet one of our hostesses and facilitators Mandy aka "Mando", .woman.wild.craft Mandy.Is.Creative and Hummingbird Plumbing

Mandy is a woman of many talents with a passion for the outdoors, wilderness and foraging. She most certainly is a feral foodie who's culinary creations reflect her love for nature and nurture as they are as delicious as they are nourishing!

Mandy has an extensive knowledge of the local flora, it's uses and ways of how you can incorporate foraging into daily life. One of her many goals is to instill confidence in those around her to understand just how easy it is to forage and how it can be used everyday.

So come join us and experience a guided forage walk with Mandy and learn about the food growing in your back yard and what you can do with it!🌿❤️

Join us at Wild Women Campout for VILLAGE HANDS COLLECTIVE RITUAL with Angie .hills.herbals.

Once, women gathered simply to sit together... hands moving, hearts unfolding, and something meaningful taking shape between them.
Village Hands is an invitation to return to that way of being.

This is a shared ritual of tea, plants, and collective creation.

An hour of slowing down, softening, and remembering what it feels like to belong.
Through simple, ancestral processes, we’ll explore how pressure transforms, how time deepens, and how creation is meant to be held in community.

Join Angie, herbalist and Tea Witch behind Healing Hills Herbals, for a ritual where nothing needs to be fixed or proven.

An experience where the only thing required is presence, and the work is done together.
