Over the years we’ve had to warm kids for a number of reasons. It was always a challenge to keep the water temperature regulated between the 101•F -103•F. Not to mention the wast of water in doing so. With the « turning tap on and off and draining excess water » water always managed to get into the bag. Last year I saw a post about using a sous vide to regulate the water temp. I put it on my Christmas list hoping it would stay in the box or I’d explore a new cooking method. Not the case. I did have to pull it out. It worked like a charm. Baby never got wet. I could concentrate on holding him properly and he warmed much quicker. Sharing in case it helps someone else.
