Just in the shop until Tuesday the 30th (Foodie Fest at Galt Gardens) then the next day we are in Raymond for Canada Day (shop closed both days) then we are in Champion for their annual celebration on Saturday the 4th (store will be closed again).

$45 Subscription equals $2.50 a Slice (We aren’t Costco, but that’s a pretty good deal)

We are very lucky to have great agricultural businesses in our area. Thursday’s Slice is featuring 3 of them.

As always we are going to start with the best flour and top it with Green Garlic, that I roasted and made an incredible Garlic Butter out of. Then I’ll cover the garlic butter goodness with the award winning Italian Gouda from

12pm to 2pm $5 a slice. I’m sure we have enough to do 12” pizzas if you aren’t able to make it at Lunch.
