In my humble opinion, pea shoots are made for oriental food 🤤 fried wontons, gyoza, pho, ramen, stir fry, sushi... gosh they are a match made in heaven 😍🌱

It's actually a common question: "how do I eat them?"

Honestly it's a shorter list to say how not to eat them, you can quite literally put these on nearly everything and anything, even deserts! 🍰🍫

They require no prep or cook time, making them extremely versatile and convenient.

Fresh harvests each Thursday!
Pre orders always open 🌱

How many times has this happened to you:

You've just indulged in a massive meal at an oriental buffet, you are stuffed to the brim and about to pop the button your pants... it can't be just me!

But then only 2-3 short hours later, you feel ready to eat again? 🤯

It has nothing to do with the quantity of food you just ate, but everything to do with the QUALITY of what you just ate 😉

Your body is hungry for the things that it needs and uses to keep you at optimal performance.

Eating food with "empty calories" will ultimately leave us feeling .. empty 🙃

Microgreens are so packed tight with the nutrients that our body craves to use, that there are countless testimonies out in the world preaching how they've helped to lose weight and keep it off by making microgreens a regular part of diet. 🌱

There's many good reasons to get started with indoor or urban farming, this one ranks pretty high up on the list I'd say.
