In the picture the males "strutting their stuff." They like showing off where as the females stay calm and sleek and beautiful. They will be processed before Thanksgiving.

So many of you have asked for a price list so here it is finally!

Beef has become a hot commodity and I have limited stock. The steers we try to make a little profit, however the ground beef is being sold at a loss. It's insane how crazy the cattle market has become, and we are trying to ride the market and hoping those prices lower so we can keep the price of ground beef the way it is.

Chicken cuts are NEW to us and all the customers are loving them so far! We always have whole chickens too but sometimes the cuts are just easier to grab and make a meal. We definitely are eating more chicken now! One thing I don't have on my price sheets is the carcasses. If you want great chicken soup with collagen benefits thus might be something you are interested in.

Pork prices have been steady and don't really compare to the market with them as we never sell any that way. Sausages are a great meal or evening snack idea and is a hot commodity too!

Eggs are a weekly delivery to Coalhurst Buy/Sell and Home Businesses and Lethbridge, Alberta
