MARQUETTE grapes - red wine variety
LA CRESCENT grapes- white wine variety

Our farm already has 150 of Marquette grape vines and 150 La Crescent grape vines planted and in 2026 we are planting more as we expand our vineyard.

Our goal is
for Eday-Hino farm to produce its own brand of red wine from its marquette grapes and white wine from its La Crescent grapes.

Marquette grapes is a red wine variety grapes. It is dark red/ purple in color. It has a cherry berry, black peppery, spicy flavour best in making red wine.

This year 2025, we are happy that our trial to make Eday Hino Farm apple cider ( apple wine) is a success so we look forward in making our own brand of red wine from our marquette grapes and white wine from our la crescent grape plants as well.
