POV post whoop up: 🚬🫩

Whoop up days absolutely whooped our butts. Long days, hot grill, hundreds of tacos, VERY QUESTIONABLE amounts of caffeine, and approximately 47 moments of "okay, we're never doing that again" 🤦🏻‍♂️

Three years into the food truck game and we're still learning that no matter how much experience you have, there is always something that can humble you.

So, another season, another million burns and lime juice straight to the eye ball, and another handful of lessons learned the hard way 😂❤️

Thank you to all who stopped by the truck to witness the chaos. The new faces eager to try their first Birria taco, and the season Beau's veterans coming back for their fix - we appreciate you.

We’re gearing up for a BIG week at Whoop-Up Days! 🎉

Food trucks, carnival games, amusement rides, rodeo, b**r gardens, a rockin’ stage… basically everything you need for one last big hurrah before summer packs its bags. 🤠☀️🍻

And of course, we’re bringing back your Beau’s Bronkin’ Nachos! 🐂🔥

You guys loved these so much last year, we figured… why mess with a good thing? Round TWO, baby.

🌮 A crispy bed of tortilla chips
🧀 Smothered in rich, house-made queso
🥩 Piled high with tender, consommé-soaked birria
🌿 Finished with onion + cilantro
🍋 And a good squeeze of lime

Customize it however you like, then grab a napkin and prepare yourself accordingly. 😏

We’ll also have all your Beau’s staples along for the ride, so whether you’re here for the birria, the nachos, or simply trying to survive the midway after making some questionable carnival decisions… we’ve got you. 😂
