A Dacquoise (pronounced da-kwahz) is an elegant, multi-layered French dessert. 🎂

It is composed of baked nut meringue layers.🍰 Usually made with almonds or hazelnuts, but in a Filipino Version we use Cashew. 🌰🥜

This is sandwiched with rich fillings French buttercream, which is made by Eggyolk, syrup and Butter.🥚

The result is delightfully crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. 😍😋
