Just a little update from Hillside Farm.

We’ve decided to take a pause on maple and birch syrup production this season while we spend some time learning, growing, and expanding behind the scenes. It’s all part of our long-term plan as we build on what we’ve started—and we’re excited for what’s ahead. We will keep you all posted along the way!

We truly appreciate all the support you’ve shown us so far. We’ll be back at it next season and can’t wait to see you all again! 🍁
