COMMUNITY NOTICE – FREE REVERSE OSMOSIS PURIFIED DRINKING WATER FOR RESIDENTS AFFECTED BY THE OAKWOOD BOIL WATER ADVISORY
Water Depot Lindsay is offering FREE Reverse Osmosis Purified Drinking Water to all households affected by the Boil Water Advisory issued on October 16, 2026, for the Oakwood area.
We understand the importance of having access to safe, clean drinking water, particularly during situations like this. As a local business, we want to do our part to support our community and help reduce the inconvenience for affected residents.
How to Receive Your Free Water:
Visit Water Depot Lindsay with your empty water jugs.
Let our staff know that your household is affected by the Oakwood Boil Water Advisory.
Our team will fill your water jugs with Reverse Osmosis Purified Drinking Water, free of charge.
Reasonable quantity limits will apply to ensure we can assist as many affected households as possible.
This offer is available to anyone affected by the advisory and will remain in effect until the Boil Water Advisory has been officially lifted.
The advisory was issued following a loss of pressure in the Lindsay Drinking Water System serving Oakwood. Residents should continue to follow all public health recommendations until the advisory is lifted.
