hey… so we were thinking 🤔

we’ve actually never offered beef tallow to the public before, even though it’s obviously a byproduct of what we do here.

we use it ourselves all the time! for cooking, frying, seasoning cast iron, and more 🍳🔥 and it got us wondering…

is this something you’d be interested in if we made it available?

if we did offer it, what kind of size would you be looking for? something small to try, or larger to keep on hand?

with all the highway closures and snowstorms lately, we hope you’ve all been staying safe, warm, and most importantly well fed. 🥘

yes, we’re open! our self-serve pickup is available anytime, as long as you can safely get here (and yes… we did have a couple snowmobile pickups this week 😂)

you can place an order anytime online, and it’ll be packed up during office hours and loaded into our freezer for pickup when it works for you at our self serve pickup location conveniently on highway 6. once you order, you’ll get a door code to access the pickup room.

🥩 we’ve got a full selection of steak cuts + winter boxes ready to go, and there are some great savings on right now, perfect for stocking the freezer 🔥
