Super Bowl and The Blazing Donkey Buffalo Wing Sauce so happy together!
Superbowl Sunday Buffalo Chicken Dip(as requested by my kids for every event)
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts baked and shredded or cubed
(I have used 3 cans of canned chicken in a pinch)
• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 C. Ranch Dressing(I use Blue Cheese)
• 1 C. Blazing Donkey Buffalo Wing Sauce, you can use more if needed
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. black pepper ground
• ½ C. green onion chopped
• 1.5 Cups cheddar cheese
• 1.5 Cups monterey Jack cheese(or Mozzarella if preferred)
Bake the chicken at 350F for 45 minutes and cube or shred(or if you’re lazy aka creative like me, open 3 cans of chicken that you find in the canned fish section of the grocery store lol
Mix softened cream cheese, ranch(I prefer BLUE CHEESE) dressing, Blazing Buffalo Medium or Extreme Wing Sauce, pepper, garlic, green onion, and ½ of the grated cheddar and monterey cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until combined.
Pour in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese(if you like Blue Cheese like I do you can substitute it in here instead of the cheddar and monterey.
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes(I bake it longer to get a more crispy texture)
Serve with warmed cut ciabatta buns or baguette, tortilla chips, vegetable sticks or crackers.
Use whatever you don’t eat the next day in a wrap with lettuce and sliced vegetables we know you didn’t bother to eat the night before.
