IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING

3 years ago we started Ysebaert Acres with the goal of raising grass-fed, sustainably-raised premium highland beef. 3 years of hard work, a lot of sweat, A LOT OF TEARS, and a ton of life lessons later - our patience has finally paid off and we will soon finally have beef available for sale… *ONE* whole steer. (lololol 😂)

Beef will be sold by the 1/4 or 1/8 and will be available for pick-up in Mount Brydges mid-October. Inventory will be obviously very limited (and it will be another 2 years before our next planned steer!) so if you’re interested in stocking your freezer for the fall/winter with our literal first-ever Ysebaert Acres beef, sign up for our ranch newsletter (linked in bio). I’ll be sending out all the pricing + details in the next couple of days, and subscribers will get first dibs!

Thank you all for your continued support and we cannot wait to share this with you! 🤍

Our final batch of meat birds for 2024 is in the freezer 👏🏻

Yesterday we picked them up at the abattoir and spent the better part of the day vac-sealing, weighing and stickering each of the birds. Our preorder is now closed and all remaining stock has been uploaded to the website!

PICK-UP DETAILS: Place your order online and pick up *this weekend* at the Frog Point Inn in Courtright. We will be set up Saturday + Sunday from 12-4 and are so excited to see you all in person again!

This chicken is homegrown, pasture-raised and the most delicious chicken you’ll ever taste.

As always, thank you for supporting our family ranch ❤️

ATTENTION LOCALS 🐓

Our homegrown pasture-raised chickens are finally available for preorder. These birds have spent their entire lives here at the ranch, foraging on fresh grasses daily through ’s rotational grazing system. This is our final batch of the 2024 season and they will be going into the abattoir later this week.

There will be an extremely limited amount of pasture-raised turkeys available for purchase as well. 🦃

Head to the farm store @ www.ysebaertacres.com (also linked in bio) for all the details and to reserve your bird now!
