Wheat Wave - a refreshing wheat beer, 5.4%, 13 IBU, 3SRM. This is a mix between a German wheat beer and a Belgian Witbier. Fermented with a German yeast but with coriander and orange peel added late in the boil. A truly refreshing summer beer.

California Common. A lager fermented at ale temperatures. Amber to copper colour, creamy off white head. Toasty malt and caramel notes with rustic earthy hop aroma.
It’s been a while since we brewed this delicious beer. Thought it was time to upsize the recipe and brew it on the bigger system.
