This year is our 14th annual event and we’ll be back in the vineyards at 13th Street Winery in Niagara on June 5-6 and June 12-13.

We’re all about fostering a space for Canadian Makers to connect with you through their bespoke wares and share their stories and expressions with you – a place where you can support small (like, ultra small) Canadian businesses. 🇨🇦

Sharing for an amazing fellow small business

I’ve currently been approached by several small business owners in regards to advice on getting into social media and how to make it work from a business perspective.

Although marketing management has not been my full-time job in the past, I do have five years of post-secondary education with both the certificate and degree in business marketing. I have stayed close to marketing trends and social media as it pertains to businesses and connecting with the customer. I have also had relatively good success through YouTube and being monetized.

I’m curious if there are small business owners in town who would be interested in meeting at a local café for some basic starting advice and we can all decide how to grow from there. Whether it’s meeting every month to go over new steps or new strategies or having break off sessions with smaller groups.

But I love my small business people and I love supporting local and it crushes my heart every time I see another one close their doors. So if people want the help, I definitely wanna help. Even if I’m not perfect and I don’t know everything. I know I have something to offer.

Come visit me at Victoria Campus of London Health Science Centre on Thursday from 9am to 4pm to support the Chorus Radiothon for Children's Health Foundation . I will have some strawberry and green apple back in stock and . I can't wait for a full day of supporting the foundation. Not all of you know but they have supported Carter(my son) with speech therapy for years!
