Hello friends!

The beans were roasted, coffee was ground to be brewed into a delicious energizing beverage and the pop up has come and gone.
Even with this being a quick hello, I wanted to come here now and say a very big THANK YOU!
Support of any kind isn’t something I take likely both in giving and receiving and it was truly appreciated to come back for a minute for such a fun event and get to get coffee out to the folks that supported this whole thing before as well.
It’s one heck of a good feeling to know that, out of the blue a question of a pop up could come up and there be so much support.
Coffee will always be something I’m super passionate about and having this coffee be something I’ve been stoked on, makes it a little extra special to me when other folks enjoy it as much as I do.
So, to avoid an even longer thing to read here, I’ll make a longer post shorter (ish) and just say.
Thank you everyone for all the support with this!
Thanks to the faithful and patient folks that have been wanting a come back!
Thanks to the folks that came by the pop and tried the coffee for the first time. Even if it was enjoyed or not, I appreciate folks trying!
And thanks to Sam and the crew
That shop is full of a team of not just great barbers. They’re also amazing people and I appreciate the great vibes that are always there!

Pretty heckin excited to be roasting some tasty coffee again and feeling super grateful to all the folks that preordered.

Today is the last day to get in on pre orders for the upcoming roast times.
There will be coffee available at the pop up. But pre ordering guarantees you’ll get the amount you want and it’ll be ground for you if needed.

Good mornin and happy Monday friends!

Getting close to a fresh roast and pop-up times!
Pre-orders have been coming in strong. So, if you’re wanting to make sure you snag a bag before they’re gone, I recommend getting in on that.
Cut off time for that will be Monday, December 1st.

Well friends, it’s heckin happening!

The same coffee that is so good that when you drink it, you can’t help but think. That’ll Do. Is back! (In black for those black coffee drinkers!)

There will be some freshly roasted beans coming the week before Santa’s birthday!
This is largely to prep for what is sure to be a heckin fun pop-up shop in London. Which will be happening December 23rd.

I’m very excited about roasting some more coffee and I am taking pre-orders for the folks that want to make sure they get in on the action.

Hey friends!

Been a few minutes since there has been any action here. But there is potential of doing a pop-up in this coming holiday season.
Wanted to put some feelers out for anyone interested in such a thing.
The mystery location would be in London and ideally, I’d be looking at having a few pre-orders to get things rolling.

Hello friends!

New month and it’s been a dang minute here.

Wanted to take a minute to let you fine folks know, effective immediately, I’ll be closing things down here at That’ll Do Coffee Co.

This was a tough decision to make. It is one I feel is best for myself right now though.
Lots of changes in life outside of this coffee world and I’ve realized I don’t have the time or energy to give this the proper effort I wish I could.

I hope to bring this back to life at some point. As coffee is still very much a passion of mine. So, this may just be a see y’all later kinda thing.
It’s a pause at the very least though.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the folks that have supported this little adventure. Sharing, interacting, trying the coffee, getting a bag or two on the regular or even subscribing. It’s truly appreciated and that support made it tough to make this a decision. It’s what makes me want to come back too though. See keep them peepers peepin.

Good morning, happy Saturday and happy pride month!!

A time of celebration for LGBTQ+ folks across the world!
A group of people I have a few great friends in and try to support any way I can.
In my mind, this is a time to support and celebrate the progress made so far and the progress still to come!
I think it’s awesome and incredibly important to support people loving who they truly feel they love and to be able to feel that without the judgement of people that don’t have the same thoughts or opinions or experience.
Love is love and if you can find it. I don’t believe it matters how that love looks.
So, while keeping the support all year around. Let’s all try to do a little better in supporting people!

I’m proud to have friends in this community and am impressed and inspired by the bravery of them in a good chunk of situations to fully live how they feel is right, in a world of people that feel like they have some kind of right to judge them.
It takes a lot more of a person to live how they feel. Especially when it’s different than what some people feel is normal.

I could go on about this for much longer than I already have. But for the sake of not keeping y’all here the entire month.

Good mornin friends and happy Sunday!

This week I want to give a big ol shout out too yet another special place run by good people!

Golspie Dairy is a farm run, dairy processing plant.
They have fresh milk and some freshly made, and some freshly aged cheese!
All made from the family farm this place was built on.
When I’m looking for the best milk in Oxford County (which is actually the dairy capital of Canada)
Golspie is the no brainer. Tasty fresh milk and chocolate milk for an extra treat! Which, I can’t confirm. But I believe the chocolate milks come from those, brown Jersey cows.
Not only do they have a great shop for getting their fresh dairy products, merch, and other local goods. They have a milk vending machine on site!
Just when you didn’t think it could be any better, I feel it’s super important to know, this supports an absolutely amazing family that runs this whole thing.
Marja, the one that makes all the cheese magic happen is a true gem and is doing something that’s clear to see is a massive passion for her. She has spent a lot of time and effort learning and getting more experience in all these dairy related things and that passion comes out in the quality of the product Golspie Dairy produces.

So, without trying to take up even more of y’all’s time.
I’ll just leave ya with encouraging you to either check it out for the first time or continue to support them!
