…..Your Buckwheat honey is SUPERB!! I am always looking for a good Buckwheat honey (my favourite) that is dark and robust. Once I came across some where the bees had harvested almost exclusively from buckwheat and little else. That’s the best. When I saw how black your honey is, I thought I’d give it a try and be a little disappointed as that deep buckwheat taste would be betrayed by the rich colour. I was NOT disappointed! Such a wonderful buckwheat honey! I live in Stratford and purchased it from Crunicans Apple Orchard outside London. Don’t stop. I’ll be buying it again! ♥️
