Like your favourite old Jean jacket, Pilsner just works, no matter what. It may have a fresh new look, but we’re never messing with this one. 👖

Our organic take on this tried-and-true style never steers us wrong. Crisp, light bodied, and drinkable, but complex and bold enough to keep you interested, it’s pretty tough to beat a cold, fresh can of Pils.

Pairs with pretty much everything, this is the perfect beer to keep stocked year round.

Only like, 10 months until it’s Sunfest time again. 🌞

We’ve got a little something to tide you over. On August 29, 2026, experience an electrifying night of psychedelic tropical grooves, explosive rhythms, and global sounds designed to move both body and spirit, right here in the taproom.

Sunfest London is thrilled to present Empanadas Ilegales, a psychedelic tropical music collective formed in 2017 through late-night jam sessions and rogue rooftop gigs in Vancouver. Made up of musicians with roots in Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, and Canada, the band creates a vibrant collision of sounds where cumbia meets surf rock, salsa intertwines with Persian melodies, and folklore crashes beautifully into free jazz.

If you're reading this, Raspberry Vanilla Sour is probably almost sold out 🍓

Reminiscent of Fruit Creme cookies of our youth, this is a smooth, pleasantly sweet sour with a tart kick to keep things a little more grown up.

Perfectly balanced, sour-hater approved, and definitely not made in a large enough batch again.

Our flagship sour got a little makeover. 🌺

Our Organic Hibiscus Haskap Sour has become one of our longest-lasting recipes and has turned more than one sour-sceptic in its time. This fuchsia brew was originally named “Resolution” after our Head Brewer, Aaron’s, New Year’s resolution to try his hand at kettle sour brewing in our early days on Burbrook Place.

This one is unique not only for the addition of the uncommon haskap berry, but also the heritage spelt grain that builds its base. Spelt is a heartier grain that lends its signature smoothness to our sour brews, and, we think, is the key to their popularity.

Still the prettiest beer we make many, many, years later, this fresh can holds something truly special.
