We brew a b**r that is as local and as organic as possible - a truly local brew Our mission is to produce high quality b**rs that meet the diverse needs of today’s drinker. Our b**rs will reflect the importance of the community in how ingredients are sourced and in the recipes we develop. We will emphasize the importance of building ties across our industry and related industries within the city and the surrounding communities. We aim to position ourselves as a destination for residents of London and for visitors in experiencing the richness of South Western Ontario and its brewing community. A visit to our tasting room, retail shop, and brew house will be an engaging experience where customers can learn about local b**r and local ingredients

It's a brand new week, and we've got plenty planned to get you to that long weekend! 🦃

This week's musical lineup is particularly stacked:

FRIDAY: Jeremy Fox Band brings some rockin' alt country and youthful energy to your FNL. 7PM-Late | PWYC

SATURDAY: Conor Gains returns with special guest Griffin Norega. Doors 7 PM | $15 at the door!

SUNDAY: Pregame your turkey dinner with some chill tunes by Nicholas Holt! Free Show | 2-4 PM

Since we can never do anything the normal way, we teamed up with our favourite urban farm to source the obscure secret ingredient in our first fall release.

The “pumpkin” in this autumnal brew isn’t actually pumpkin at all, but the much sweeter, much more potent North Georgia Candy Roaster squash grown locally at Urban Roots London. Combined with a touch of smoky malts, pie spices, and Backroads hops, there’s no better way to “squash” your expectations of what a “pumpkin“ b**r can be.

An ale fit for a king is here just in time for Ren-toberfest! This Nut Brown Ale harkens back to b**rs of days gone by- nutty, rich, and warm. Perfect for the end of a long quest, or the beginning of a raucous evening of merriment!

One of our most storied recipes finally returns in its un-adulterated glory. You may recognize A Knight's Ale as our much-missed Ward 4 Brown Ale, which also acts as the base of our Downtown Coconut Brown.

We’re in no rush for the sun to go down faster- but the first day of Fall has us craving something a little darker. 🌅

One of our longest-brewed recipes, the 4PM Sunset Organic Oatmeal Stout blends 8 different malts and grains to deliver a bold, layered stout that pairs as well with a crisp patio afternoon as it does a long, cold winter’s night.

First sips deliver roasty, coffee-adjacent, warm notes. A hearty dose of hops create a cleaner, brighter finish than anticipated. All together, this might be the perfect stout.
