Meesai’s Thai Kitchen is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!
We specialize in authentic Thai flavours, freshly prepared dishes, and quality food made to order. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoys being part of a team.
👨🍳 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and proteins for daily service.
* Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
* Work efficiently on the line during lunch and dinner service.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
* Follow food safety and kitchen sanitation procedures.
* Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general kitchen duties.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Availability for evenings and weekends is an asset.
📍 LOCATION: Meesai’s Thai Kitchen, London/Byron, Ontario
💰 PAY: Based on experience.
