Healthy Eats is owned by Luke Thomas, a certified strength and conditioning coach. We have put together a meal prep program to accommodate busy lives but more importantly to change the way

you eat. Busy lives come with busy schedules and it is hard to find the time to make healthy meals. Our vision is to ensure that you will be able to have one healthy meal a day without struggling to find the time to prepare the food. Our meals allow you to wake up with one less thing to do before heading to work.
