In light of the tariffs recently introduced by the government of the United States we know many of our customers want information on the origin of the bulk products that we sell. We are working on gathering the information to the best of our ability but it is not as straightforward as it should be. Many products, including items where a country of origin should be simple to list, just state on the box or bag "packaged for company name of Canada" with no additional information as to where the ingredients were grown or where the packaging occurred. We are also confirming item by item, so if we don't have a box or bag on hand to verify the information or a stock person stocks the product and forgets to put a label on the bin we simply don't have access to the information and we do not want to mislead anyone on the product origins. Please bear with us while we try to sort through this issue and update our labeling. We are a small Canadian business and we are working on the issue. Also note that country of origin may change over time as our suppliers are trying to find alternatives to the American products, but due to lead times in ordering this may take many months to work through to the retail level.
