Bog Line Smoke Show 2025!!
Wagyu Burgers with bacon, gouda. Egg salad base, topped with caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce on a sesame seed bun. This burger was entered into the hamburger hill burger competition.
The team entered confit beek cheeks on a homemade bao bun topped with pickled onions and sweet pickle.
Pulled beef cheek tacos with salsa verdé and cotija cheese served for the volunteers.
Super cool day, with a bunch of cool dudes. Thanks team.
