Summer Lane Farms The little farm with a big heart! Purslane is used around the world as a wonderfully diverse leafy green vegetable. Use raw or cooked as you would spinach.

Purslane is the highest vegetable source of alpha-Linolenic, an essential Omega-3 fatty acid, very high in Vitamin A, high in iron and Vitamin C, as well as a source of two antioxidants. Also available: free range Omega-3 eggs (supplemented with purslane of course!) and various market garden vegetables.
