This bowl is absolutely loaded with both Brown and long green white rice cooked in organic vegetable broth, Greek spiced chicken breast, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, on living Boston lettuce with 1 oz of organic balsamic vinegar and organic olive oil for dressing, a helping of chickpeas, feta cheese, marinated artichoke carts, and Kalamata olives and a helping of taziki sauce.

Today's healthy salad special is a new Twist on an old favorite we have in brought out in a long time: that is our mandarin orange spinach salad Now with an added protein source of roasted chickpeas!

This salad contains freshly cut Mandarin oranges, feta cheese, roasted chickpeas with garlic, paprika and sea salt, pecans, organic almond slices, juicy sweetened dried cranberries, red onions, all on a bed of spinach and comes with our own homemade Honey-Orange Vinaigrette.
