Health & Happiness Catering Catering to the needs of the soul and body, mostly through healthy food and love, I seek ways to ser So, I simply started making my own very simple barz!

I scurried in the stores to take a look at the new ''healthy'' products for a healthy whole food snack. I was constantly face with a big hunk of ingredients that had lots of added sugars and other undesirable ingredients putting the product under my buying standards. My original recipe was ripe bananas for the sweetness, brazil nuts, pumpkin sees, h**p seeds and almond flour for all the other good

stuff found in whole organic foods. Speciality barz have cacao nibs or homegrown calendula petals on top. All ingredients are organic and made with love in my dehydrator. Brazana Barz have been sold at:
