😎Low and slow 🐢🐢🐢
Hey our Beef Back Ribs feature meat tucked in between the bones rather than stacked heavy on top… offering a rich, beefy flavor and tender texture when cooked slow.

HOW TO COOK ON THE BBQ:
🤤To barbecue tender beef back ribs, prep the rack by removing the back membrane and seasoning liberally with coarse salt and black pepper.
🔵Cook low and slow using indirect heat at 250°F to 275°F with oak or hickory wood for 4 to 5 hours until the internal temperature reaches 203°F.
✔️Tips:
Place the ribs meat-side up on the grates away from the direct flame. 💧Spritz with apple 🍎 c***r vinegar or beef broth every hour after the first two hours if the surface looks dry.
🔵Cook until the meat pulls back from the bone and feels very tender when poked…. Then enjoy with your favourite BBQ sauce…
