The plan was to plant these beauties today. Tubers are healthy, eyes are sprouting, soil temps perfect, rain in the forecast. PH, on the other hand, was not my friend. Pivoting now with compost and lime amendments to do what we can due to slightly acidic soil - thankful for my handsome farmer who knows his stuff 💚🙏🏻 Not a quick fix, but one step in front of the other.

Soon enough we’ll be walking the garden, stopping to smell the roses 💚 Forecast is looking good my friends!
