***OPEN HOUSE***…tomorrow Sunday September 14 - from 2 to 4 pm at the farm!

Do you, or someone you know want to buy a regeneratively farmed farm with 114 acres of possibility, a commercial kitchen, farm shop/apartment, green house, barn, forest retreat sauna, with the coziest of farm houses?!

Then come by tomorrow and Équipe Jessika Simpson and her lovely team will be here to answer any questions you have and show you around. There will be some snacks too!

Yesterday was pretty epic…wait til the end for this one 😎

Spent the day on the boat with some near ‘n dears and made this dinner to remember…

Focaccia with peaches, prosciutto, tomato, feta, fresh basil, harissa, honey drizzle

Shrimp, fresh corn, tomato, green onion, with fresh tarragon cream

Sourdough parmesan lemon garlic crusted cod with homemade tartar sauce

Wild boar leek sausages, seared garlic scapes with fermented mustard

Greens + radish

Not pictured - summer spelt walnut nutmeg oat crisp with peaches, raspberries and maple whipped cream
