🐴 **4-Session Stable Management Program — Ages 5–12!** 🐴

We’re excited to offer a fun, hands-on Stable Management program for young horse lovers this winter.

this 4-session program will help kids build confidence and independence around horses while learning the skills that go beyond riding .

Over the four sessions, participants will work on:

🐎 Horse anatomy, colours and markings
🪢 Safe handling, leading and knots
🧽 Grooming and proper horse turnout
🏇 Saddles, bridles, tack care and tack safety
🌾 Feed, hay and basic horse nutrition
🧹 Stable and pasture management
🩺 Basic horse health and daily care
🏆 A fun final Stable Management Challenge!

This program is designed for kids who **already ride and have basic experience around horses** and are ready to learn more about actually caring for and managing them, however you do not need to be a current student to register.

We’ll keep the sessions active and hands-on, with games, challenges, horses and lots of opportunities to practise real barn skills.

📅 **4 sessions:** 2nd Monday of the month November-February (Decembers will be held on the 7th which is the first Monday )
⏰ **Time:** 3-4 pm
📍 **Location:** Crazy Creek Farm
💲 **Cost:** $100 (single sessions available for $30)
👧🧒 **Ages:** 5–12

Spaces will be limited so everyone gets plenty of hands-on time with the horses.

Message us to register or for more information! Potential to open more time slots if enough interest.

For everyone following: on October 6 our application will be presented to the TNRDs advisory planning committee.

This is an independent committee made up local representatives for each electoral area who make recommendations to the TNRDs Board. This is not the final step in this process.

There will still be a public hearing, requirements for a large sign to be placed along the road with a notice of intent to rezone and many other potential requests to support my application.
