As you all know, we receive perfectly, imperfect produce that sometimes sparks the volunteer team’s creative juices. 👩🏼‍🎨

We just couldn’t resist adding an “new volunteer” to the team!

🚛 Produce is being delivered as I type! 🚚

Did you know we have volunteers who help on the Friday and Saturday of event weekends?

Friday the produce is delivered from the farms and Saturday we bundle and sell the produce.

Teamwork makes the dream work 💪🏻👏

We’re always looking for extra hands on Fridays and Saturdays. If you’re interested in helping you can either send us a DM or sign up through our volunteer sheet.

Reminder there is a produce bundle event this Saturday, September 5th at the Sackville Public Library from 9:30am to 12pm.

Perfectly imperfect produce $1/lb:

✅ Turnip
✅ Cucumber
✅ Sweet potatoes
✅ Apples
✅ Onions

Feature item $3.50/lb:

❓🤨 What impact does pre-ordering have on you as a customer vs dropping in day of the event to purchase❓🤨

✅Pre-ordering (pre-made bundle OR build your own bundle) ensures we’ve purchased enough produce for you and the other pre-orders to make your purchase.

☑️Drop-ins while always welcome, run the risk of no extra pre-made bundle left for purchase and get to choose from what’s “left over”. This sometimes means a very limited variety of produce for $1/lb.

Pre-ordering helps you and us a 🙌🏻 win-win 🙌🏽 situation!
