We are living a self sustainable lifestyle with modern amenities. Here at Brookside Manor Homestead we raise small livestock for personal use as well as helping out the community. Man was it ever hot today. So hot that the meat chicks spent the day outside. They were by the garage for a bit and then I moved them out into the grass area in some shade. Got the nursery ready for them and there they will stay until they get bigger and feathers. These littles grow fast.
