Still needing some meat for your weekend bbq? We’ve got you covered. Our quillcreekfarms delivery showed up yesterday. We’ve got bison burgers, smokies and steaks all in stock. We’ve also got our usual Riverview Sausage smokies, steaks, jerky and snack stix as well.

Jalapeño stuffed chicken thighs…. One of our all time favourites. Season your skinless boneless chicken thigh with your favourite seasoning, stuff with a jalapeño popper and wrap in bacon. Stick into a mini loaf pan and smoke for 45 min at 300F. Cover with tin foil and continue until you reach an IT of 165F. Remove from tray, coat in bbq sauce and finish for 10 minutes to tack up the sauce.
These were seasoned with blackmarketbbq_yqr seasonings.
We had stuffed mushroom caps and jalapeño poppers, but they disappeared before the camera made it out!

Mother’s Day 2026…. Ribs and chicken just like my lady wanted! Shout out to holysmokersrubco for some amazing rubs. Back to the cook…. The ribs were seasoned with Bacon Hog BBQ Rub and cooked on a custom drum from my food friend at smokeybeardco. I ran these at 300 degrees for 80 min before wrapping with some Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce, honey and butter for another 40 minutes. Finished up with a few different Croix Valley sauces. The chicken got a liberal coating of Cherry Hickory BBQ Rub before getting tossed on the Traeger for an hour.

We just got our stock order of Al Frugoni Chimichirri. If you haven’t had this on your steak you are missing out! Mixing this is super easy, mix equal parts seasoning and vinegar. Once the mix absorbs the vinegar add 2 parts oil and you’re done. This will leave you wondering why you haven’t used it earlier! As always, we offer free delivery to Regina.
