Quick and Dirty Riff on a Croque Monsieur.

Ham quick fried in butter, garlic and parmesan cheese.

Sourdough with Maple Keys Farm & Forest garlic scape jam.

Top sourdough with ham mixture and in the oven on 400 for 5-10 minutes.

Drizzle with maple, baby ❤️🔥🔥🔥
