After 10 days with no fox in sight the chickens have been out for about a week now and it came back this morning 😞

Fox was back and got two roosters. One we were able to get back with no injuries. So unfortunately after locking them up for two days with no signs of him in the area he’s still here 🙁

Fox at our house this morning first time I ever seen one in the yard. If he would have came 10 minutes later I was just walking out to let all the chicken and ducks out. Thankfully I was running behind schedule this morning.🙁

Lots of plants if they don't freeze. This weather is crazy. Everything was double the size this time last year. Here's to another night of bringing plants in and covering them 🙄😬.

If we run out of water for the garden this year I’m going to throw in the towel. 🤣 Last year as big as the pond is it wasn’t deep enough. So we made it deeper. Fingers crossed I have a feeling it’s going to be a dry summer 😬

I’m probably full of ticks and I have a wet foot lol The lost is found. They were lost in the big swamp. 🙄

4 Ancona ducks missing from Maitland blockhouse they left yesterday morning and haven’t been home. They love to go in our big swamp but may have followed the river or something may have scared them further. 2 males and 2 females.
