🍍🔥 Pulled Pork Pizza, Fireworks Style 🔥🍍

Starting with our handmade sourdough crust, we layer on slow-smoked pulled pork, our signature espresso barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese, sweet pineapple chunks, house-made pickled red onions, and pickled jalapeños for just the right balance of smoky, sweet, tangy, and bold.

Every pizza is handcrafted and frozen fresh, ready to bake at home whenever the craving hits.

From our pit to your table. ❤️

🍎🔥 APPLE PIE SMOKED BEANS 🔥🍎

Not all baked beans are created equal. Our Apple Pie Smoked Beans combine slow-smoked flavor with tender apples, creating that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and smoky that keeps people coming back for another spoonful.

They’re the side dish that somehow ends up disappearing before everything else on the plate.

Pair them with brisket, pulled pork, ribs, smoked chicken, or whatever’s coming off the grill.

The perfect side for your BBQ!

🤠 REDNECK SOUS VIDE 🤠

Fancy restaurants call it sous vide.
We call it supper.

If you’ve ever wondered the easiest way to heat our frozen pit-smoked meats, here it is:

✔️ Leave the meat in the bag
✔️ Put it in a pot of cold water
✔️ Bring it to a gentle simmer (about 150°F)
✔️ Let it heat for about 30 minutes
✔️ Open the bag and enjoy

That’s it.

No smoker.
No fuss.
No special equipment.
Just real Texas barbecue, ready when you are.

Perfect for brisket, pulled pork, turkey breast, chopped brisket, and more.

Easy. Delicious. Hard to mess up.

See you at Fireworks.

🌮 Chicken Suiza Enchiladas 🌮

Not everything we make is barbecue.

One of our favorite Tex-Mex offerings is Chicken Suiza Enchiladas- filled with tender shredded chicken, spiced black beans, rolled in corn/flour tortillas, and smothered in a rich, creamy sauce topped with plenty of cheese.

Comforting, flavorful, and made from scratch, they’re a true Tex-Mex classic.

Like many of our prepared meals, they’re stocked in the freezer and ready to take home whenever you need an easy supper. Just heat and enjoy.

📍 Available in the freezer at Sea Mist Studio.

🌶️ SALSA de MESA 🌶️

If you’ve ever sat down at a great Tex-Mex restaurant in Texas, you know exactly what this is.

Salsa de Mesa literally means “table salsa” — the fresh, zesty salsa that’s brought to the table alongside a basket of chips before you even open the menu.

Made with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and a blend of spices, it’s smooth, bright, and packed with flavour. Not too chunky, not too heavy — just the perfect everyday salsa for dipping, sharing, and snacking.

Serve it with tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, eggs, grilled meats, or anything that could use a little Texas-inspired flavour.

Available now at Fireworks Texas Barbecue in Mahone Bay.

🔥 Fresh. Zesty. Made for sharing

🔥 How do we freeze our barbecue? 🔥

A lot of care goes into every package.

Our meats are smoked low and slow over hardwood, rested properly, blast chilled, sliced, weighed, and vacuum sealed with all of their natural juices still in the bag.

From there, they’re frozen and ready for your freezer at home.

When it’s time to enjoy, simply bring the sealed bag back up to temperature. Because the meat is sealed with all those flavorful juices, it stays moist, tender, and delicious—just like it was at that perfect resting stage after coming off the smoker.

It’s one of the reasons our heat-and-eat barbecue has become so popular.

Real BBQ. Real Flavor. Texas Proud🔥
