Well, shortly after we got the cattle AI’d and the main herd out to pasture, we welcomed our baby girl into the world. But that didn’t slow much down for us. Seeding was soon under way in some pretty wet conditions that made it difficult. Then we had a Ritchie Brothers Sale, and we took off to the Yukon for a much needed break. Happy to be home and get haying started!

That time of year again already! We have the best little helper to get the ladies up in the corral, we’re expecting calves any day from the commercial group. Had our first calf of the season from our newest purchase! I hope she ends up with as fluffy ears as her momma! Lol
