Fresh Russian Garlic Scapes for SALE!!! No-spray Garlic Scapes @ $2.00/lb

Garlic scapes are the tender, curling stems of hardneck garlic plants. They have the same flavour as raw garlic, serving as an excellent early-summer delicacy. Nutritionally, they provide a dense punch of vitamins and antioxidants while being very low in calories.

Garlic scapes are best use for pesto, stir fries, pickled, compound butter and for flavouring meats and veggies.

Pick-up locations at Murphy’s Tree Farm in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows on weekends or can be arranged on weekdays.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all the customers who generously donated at the farm for the hot chocolate, hot apple cider, coffee, and more.

A special thank you to the talented photographers who captured the magic of our Santa photos: Jennifer (Street Studio Family photography), Terri-Lynne (TL Macdonald photography), Rie (Fox and Ivy photography), Joanne (Blake and Olivia Photography) and Tiffany (Tiffany Soufi photography).

We are also grateful for the two exceptional Santa Clauses, Santa Andy and Santa Rennie.

In 2025, we raised a total of $1,162.45 in cash and goods, which was donated to the Maple Ridge Seniors Food Bank and Meals on Wheels Community Services, supporting the well-being of seniors.

We are now CLOSED for Christmas tree sales. 🌲 here’s a short video of us after a rainy, long day of tree sales…we broke loose! 😃

At this time, we want to thank our staff - cutting, loading and helping our customers with their trees, helping us make the apple cider, espresso coffee, running the cashier desk, teaching the wreath classes, and numerous items.

Also a special thank you to our amazing customers who have purchased a tree or merchandise in our Christmas market, had photos with Santa Clause and tree mini’s with the photographers.

Your support is the heart of what it means to support local. Buying BC supporting BC.
