Happy Monday!

It's easier to get up early when the birds are on the same schedule.

I had a sun rise drive to get back to the farm today.

Seasonal work that is dependent on the weather can be so consuming. It's too easy to get sucked into always thinking ahead to the next task. So it was good to get away for the weekend!

Up this week we have:

🌸Farm tour & Bouquet Bar workshop on Sat morning, a few spots are open, see my last post for details or hop over to the website. And be in touch to sign up soon. The photo shows last year 's group, the Peonies did not disappoint and they won't this year either!

🌼 Monthly flower share bouquets on Thursday, now's a great time to sign up to receive regular flowers throughout the summer into September. Each month's bouquet features the changing blooms of the seasons, and is a delight to put together for you.

🪻 Getting the last of the annuals into the ground, and laying down drip lines. I added a couple volunteer days onto the website, where you can come lend a hand,.

🌻Prepping for two big orders for Friday, It's an honor to put together wedding flowers for brides who love local blooms.

🪷 Remembering to have fun, especially as the school year comes to an end and the hen master (aka the Junior farmer) will be reminding me that life is not all about work.

The Lupins have been fantastic this year, I think it's from all the rain early in the season.

We are rich in flowers! And happy to share them with you.

If you prefer to pick up in Durham, Thursdays is your day, either sign up for once a month bouquet or order whenever you'd like.

• Last call for Saturday June 20th's farm tour & bouquet bar workshop, registration closes Thursday at noon. We will be working with Peeeoonieeees.

•Monthly flower share bouquets go out next week, link in bio (or visit the website) to sign up for a regular dose of flowey goodness

•Anemone bundles are restocked just $12 for stunning long lasting blooms

•Bouquets this week future Ranunculus - with the heat we're getting, Ranunc season won't last much longe, enjoy them while they're here. Order online or by sending a message.

•Dahlia tubers are available until the end of the week, you want to get them in the ground before the middle of June

•I'm finally planting around my house, the landscaping has been a long time coming. First plant to go in the ground is a Serviceberry, my favorite.

It was nice to see so many flower lovers at the Thornbury Flower Market on saturday, thanks for coming out!

•We are swimming in Anemones and Ranunculus at the moment so I added some items to the website - look for Anemone Bundles or Bouquets featuring Ranunculus

•I got the Dahlia crop planted last week and added 2 new varieties of tubers to the website - the next few weeks are ideal planting time.

•The June 20 farm tour and bouquet bar workshop coincideds with Peony season - sign up is open.

•June flower farm update comes out today, make sure its not in your junk mail.
