Things have been quite busy with orders lately, so we haven't had much time to post. Today, we'd like to share a few photos of a delicious pizza made with Lion's Mane mushrooms. The texture is amazing, and the flavor is fantastic. It's definitely one of our favorite ways to enjoy Lion's Mane!

We have a new specie on our list. ENOKI mushrooms.
A beauty, so fragile but so tasty.
Please feel free and put the orders, but keep in mind that the growing cycle is 6-8 weeks if it's not in stock.

As we have so many people coming to us for Lions' Mane mushrooms we have to raise a legit question: does Lion's Mane mushroom work for everyone? The simple answer is no.

Some people can have lion's mane allergies, with symptoms ranging from skin rashes and itchy skin to severe breathing difficulties or anaphylaxis, especially if you're already sensitive to mushrooms; anyone with asthma or mushroom allergies should avoid it, and you should consult a doctor before use due to potential immune system effects or interactions with medications like blood thinners.

We didn't post for a while, but actively working at our website. A lot of work required and we hope to have it live soon.

Also, try to find the optimal process to increase the production and trying new species. Chestnut mushroom is one of them. Placed a few bags in the fruiting tent; so far looks good.
