🍧 Our new Premium Kakigori menu is coming to the Japan Summer Festival! We’ll be at Celebration Square in Mississauga this weekend, serving up our new premium Kakigori menu!

All of our syrups are homemade, and we’re topping our Kakigori with our signature vanilla meringue to add another layer of depth, texture, and flavour. 🍧🤍

This is our first big food festival, and we couldn’t be more excited! Japan and Japanese cuisine have always been something we love deeply, so being part of an event celebrating Japanese culture and food is especially meaningful to us.

We know it’s been a long time since we’ve done a pop-up, but we’re so excited to be back — to see familiar faces, meet new ones, and share what we’ve been working on with all of you.

Come say hi, grab a Kakigori, sweet treats, onigiri and celebrate with us this weekend! 🇯🇵🍧

We are so happy to have been back at Happy Cute Mart last weekend! Thank you to Queenie for putting together another amazing and well-organized event. It’s always such a joy to be part of this community and to see so many talented independent business owners sharing their creativity through the products they make and sell.

It was especially wonderful to see so many familiar faces and regulars from the café. So many of you stopped by to share kind words, encouragement, and let us know how much you miss us. Your support truly means the world to us. 🥹

To be honest, it was a very emotional day for me. I realized just how much I miss our customers, our space, and the daily interactions we shared. I’m still processing everything and allowing myself time to grieve the loss of something that was such a big part of my life.

With that in mind, I’ll be taking on fewer orders throughout July so I can focus on myself, recharge, and recover from the burnout I’ve been experiencing. I also want to take some time to finally focus on wedding planning for our 2027 wedding. 💍✨

Thank you all for your continued love, support, and patience. We appreciate every message, every visit, and every order more than you know. ❤️

Our brand new Kakigori menu will be available June 20th at Happy cute mart! Japanese shaved is the best way to beat this summer heat and cool off 😎 all of the ingredients are homemade and handcrafted and we only use ceremonial matcha for our syrups 🍵
