Larry is making sure all the equipment we got with the unit is working perfectly fine🫡 we will be spending the next few weeks on cleaning, repainting, getting new cabinets and making this place our new home ♥️

We will be selling our popular matcha strawberry latte with a lil 💩 meringue and our new onigiri menu. We will also be bringing our baked cookies, mochi muffins, sugar cookies and matcha brownies.

This is a free entry event. Happening Saturday, October 17,2026.

Our first Oshiii Café was built almost completely from scratch. We did the demolition tiled the floors built the walls painted and slowly turned an empty space into our new cosy home.

But rebuilding isn’t new to me. Almost over a decade ago I lost my home and everything I owned in a house fire, including all of my recipes. I stepped away from baking for a while after that until I rebuilt my life again..

Eventually, I started baking at home again and grew the courage to open a storefront, so I guess I’ve become pretty familiar with starting from nothing and building things back up all over again.

And now, I’m doing it again with Oishiii Sweets 2.0!

Hello again!
If you are new here, hi 👋!
And if you’ve been following us since the beginning, welcome back, we’ve missed you♥️

But before we tell you what’s coming next, we thought it was time to re-introduce ourselves and there’s no better way to do that than with Larry🦙

Larry isn’t just our mascot. He was actually my travelling buddy long before Oishiii Sweets existed. He came along on my adventures, collected memories from different places and eventually became part of the story that inspired Oishiii.

When we opened our first café, we created a travel wall to Larry’s adventures. A little collection of the places he had been and the memories we made along the way. And somehow this little alpaca ended up becoming part of Oishiii’s identity.

Oishiii has always been about more than just food.

It’s about memories.
It’s about creativity.
It’s about travelling discovering new things and bringing a little piece of those experience back home.

We’ve been a little quiet lately…..👀

But just like Larry Oishiii Sweets has been on another little adventure and now we’re getting ready for our next chapter.

To everyone who has supported us from day one thank you for being part of the journey and to all of our new followers welcome to the Oishiii Sweets family. We can’t wait to show you where we’re going next.

We are so happy to have been back at Happy Cute Mart last weekend! Thank you to Queenie for putting together another amazing and well-organized event. It’s always such a joy to be part of this community and to see so many talented independent business owners sharing their creativity through the products they make and sell.

It was especially wonderful to see so many familiar faces and regulars from the café. So many of you stopped by to share kind words, encouragement, and let us know how much you miss us. Your support truly means the world to us. 🥹

To be honest, it was a very emotional day for me. I realized just how much I miss our customers, our space, and the daily interactions we shared. I’m still processing everything and allowing myself time to grieve the loss of something that was such a big part of my life.

With that in mind, I’ll be taking on fewer orders throughout July so I can focus on myself, recharge, and recover from the burnout I’ve been experiencing. I also want to take some time to finally focus on wedding planning for our 2027 wedding. 💍✨

Thank you all for your continued love, support, and patience. We appreciate every message, every visit, and every order more than you know. ❤️
