Naturally fermented and made from my own gluten-free sourdough starter, each loaf is freshly baked in small batches.

We’ve had some questions, so we just want to clear up any confusion.

The new business operating at our former location:

🔴 **IS NOT BUBBLE BEE**
🔴 **HAS NO CONNECTION TO US**

And most importantly:

❌ **WE DID NOT SELL **
❌ **WE DID NOT TRANSFER **

Our **recipes, menu items, products, branding, and original materials were NOT sold or transferred** to the new business.

They are a completely separate business simply operating from our former location.

We really appreciate everyone who has reached out and everyone who continues to support us and our family. ❤️🐝

**And don’t worry — Bubble Bee isn’t completely gone. More news is coming soon! ❤️**

To our Bubble Bee family ❤️

We have some difficult news to share.

After our recent announcement, we had hoped that there might be a way for Bubble Bee to continue for a little longer. Unfortunately, circumstances have changed, and we will not be reopening.

We know this news will be disappointing to many of you, and we’re sorry for any confusion along the way. This is incredibly difficult for us as well.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported and encouraged us. While this meaningful chapter is coming to an end, we aren’t quite ready to say what the future holds. We hope you’ll continue to follow along as we take time to figure out what comes next.

Thank you for making Bubble Bee so special. We will miss you all dearly. ❤️🐝☕

💛 A Little Update for Our Wonderful Customers 💛

Dear friends and lovely customers,

We’re back! ☕🧁

After our short vacation, we had originally expected to take a little more time before returning to regular in-person service. However, due to some unexpected circumstances beyond our control, our plans had to change — and that means we are opening our doors again sooner than anticipated.

Sometimes life changes the plan for you, and you simply have to adjust, keep moving forward, and make the best of it. So here we are — back to baking, creating, and serving our wonderful community. 💕

Although this return happened a little differently than we expected, one thing has not changed: how grateful we are for every person who has supported our small business over the years.

We are ready to welcome you back with fresh treats, good coffee, and familiar smiles. ☕🍪🧁

Two days ago, we locked the doors to Bubble Bee Coffee House for the very last time.

It is hard to put into words what this place has meant to us. What started as a dream became so much more than a coffee shop—it became a home filled with laughter, friendships, celebrations, and countless unforgettable moments.

To our little customers who brightened our days with their smiles, and to their wonderful parents—thank you for letting us be a small part of your lives.

To our Book Club, our Wednesday Girls, our Thursday Fitness Group, our Friday Fitness Group, our amazing regulars, and every customer who chose to spend time with us over the years—thank you. Whether you came in for coffee, breakfast, a treat, or simply a friendly conversation, you helped create a community that we will never forget.

Your support carried us through the good days and the challenging ones. Every kind word, every recommendation, every visit, and every smile reminded us why we loved what we did.

As many of you know, our family is beginning a new chapter in a new province. While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, we are excited for what lies ahead. No matter where life takes us, a piece of our hearts will always remain here with this wonderful community.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, and making Bubble Bee Coffee House so much more than just a café. You gave it life, warmth, and purpose.
