We’re bringing a big pot of Medium Heat Smokin’ Guns Chili to the park, and we’d love for you to come have a bowl, enjoy the autumn festivities, and cast your vote!

📅 When: Saturday, September 26, 2026 | Noon–4 PM
📍 Where: Redcliff Lions Park
🌶️ What: Taste the chili, then vote for your favourite!
👩‍🍳 Who: Multiple local vendors, including The Hat’s Olive Tap
🍁 Why: Because autumn + chili + community = a pretty great afternoon!

🥣 $5 bowls
🏺 $10 with a pottery bowl

We’ll be serving until we sell out!

Voting takes place at 3:30 PM, when the chili cook-off winner will be announced. 📣🏆

A Decade of Delicious

Some things become classics for a reason. 💚

For 10 years, our Lemon Dill Chickpea Salad has been a steady favourite here at The Hat’s Olive Tap. It’s been on the menu since the beginning, and after a decade, we still love making it just as much as we love watching you come back for it.

Fresh chickpeas, quinoa, broccoli, dill pickles, celery, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion and feta, all tossed together in our creamy lemon dill dressing.

Fresh, bright, crunchy, creamy and just the right amount of tangy. A true Olive Tap original. 🥗

10 years later, and this one is still holding its place at the table. (Did you know you can pre-order for catering?)
