I got to spend the morning demonstrating stacking tiered caked and piping techniques to a class at Hat High! It was so fun and I thought I'd incorporate a little bit of whimsy in this traditionally piped cake in honor of this weekend! I'm so excited to hot air balloons filling the sky again!

Need something sweet for Valentine's Day?

I will have these cute little xox cakes available to preorder starting now! Choose from strawberry cheesecake or salted caramel. These will serve 1-4 people and are $40. Pick up will be February 13. Message me to order!

Also available in the freezer will be cookie cakes, available in caramel or raspberry as well as a variety of macarons as always. These are only available first come first served at Homestead, no pre-orders.

I said I wasn't going to do Advent calendars agai , but then I did anyway. Sort of. This year I made Twelve Days of Marshmallows featuring 12 different flavours for the lead up to Christmas or Epiphany, whichever you prefer. I will have these available at the Farmers Market this weekend! At the Exhibition grounds from 12-8 on Friday and 9-5 on Saturday! Also available in my Etsy shop if you aren't local.
