Twister Stix

Twister Stix No longer in operation. We start with a Russet baking potato. We put a long bamboo skewer through it. We then cut the potato and fan it out. Voila!

The potato is then deep fried golden crispy. When the potato is still hot we add one of our many different seasonings to it and hand it to you. A french fry/potato chip hybrid that you can walk and enjoy. We operate at local community/public events in Southern Alberta such as Medicine Hat Canada Day, Medicine Hat Stampede & Exhibition, and Taber Cornfest. We are also available for private function

s such as company parties and weddings (we really enjoy those). We are proud to say that we are the most affordable snack at any event and well, they're also the tastiest.
