⬆️AN ORIGINAL SINNER RETURNS TO HELL… 🔥

One of the original founders of Hell’s Basement Brewery found his way back through our doors — apparently with a few old brewery sins to confess 😶

Naturally, there was only one proper way to seek redemption:

Confess his sins in Hell’s Basement🙌
💦Wash away the past in Hell’s kettles.
🍻Taste the fruits of our new brewmaster’s labour.

And then came the real test — a taste of our new authentic Czech-style beer 🍺

The verdict?

🕊️Sins forgiven. Thirst satisfied. Czech standards approved. ✔️
After experiencing what’s brewing in the resurrected Hell’s Basement, it appears our former founder has discovered that Hell isn’t such a bad place after all ❤️‍🔥
In fact… he’ll be back 😊

So many of you have already stopped in for a pint, shared your memories of Hell’s Basement, offered encouragement, and welcomed us into the community.
It truly means a lot. ❤️ Thank you📍Medicine Hat!

Now it’s time to introduce ourselves 🤠

We’re Janka, Perry, Marek, Dominik — and we look forward to meeting you 🙂👋🏻

Somehow, our paths brought the four of us together with one common purpose: To raise Hell’s Basement from the Ashes and continue its story 🍻

The more we learned about Hell’s Basement — the more determined we became to keep that story alive.

We have tremendous respect for what was created here before us. Our intention isn't to replace that history. It is to preserve it, build upon it and give it a new chapter.

We're honoured to have the opportunity to help bring it back — while adding a little of our own.

Some people see tanks, pipes, and valves. A master brewer sees an orchestra. 🎶
Ty, Hell’s Basement’s former Brewmaster, came back to his old stomping grounds to share the knowledge and experience that helped shape the beer 🍻Hell’s Basement is known for in📍Medicine Hat.

During his visit, Ty worked with Mark, our new Brewmaster, helping him get comfortable with the equipment and find his rhythm in the brewhouse — carrying forward Hell’s Basement’s 10-year brewing legacy.
A big THANK YOU 🙏 Ty, for coming back, sharing your knowledge, and helping us start the next chapter of Hell’s Basement the right way! 🍻

We've extended our hours this week so you can enjoy our special menu! Stop by for a lunch or dinner and enjoy one of our fresh, in-house prepared specialties, made with quality ingredients and plenty of care!

Our weekly menu:

1. Pulled pork ciabatta with fresh red cabbage salat ~ pairs well with our 🍻 Rising Sun Ale

2. Beef meatballs with our in-house smoked bacon, sauce from roasted fresh tomatoes 🍅 and fresh herbs🌿 air-fried french fries 🍟 ~ 🍻 Sunset IPA recommended

3. Soup of the day & gourmet sandwich with smoked pork tenderloin and smoked gouda 🥪 ~ Try with our Porter 🖤🍻
