How do I rice the pounds and pounds of potatoes?

A meat grinder on a fine grind. 💯👍

I saw this tip a few years back from a fellow in the USA that makes tons of lefse.
Out I went to Canadian Tire and got myself one.
*Game changer!!*

Some of My favourite things to use while making Lefse.

* sanitizer. Every surface, every touch surface is wiped down before and after startup.
* my vacuum sealer. A must to get all the air out of the bags before freezing. Yes, it’s sanitized inside and out before using.
* parchment and wax paper-love it

Ok folks, I’ve successively confused myself and will be, going forward, keeping it simple.
Each bag is 6 pieces for $12.50 each bag.

PRICING UPDATE:

~ I have tried to keep my prices the same but.. my costs have doubled in some cases.
~ unfortunately I have to raise my prices 😕
