A beautiful few days here on the farm.

I was busy making a batch of our perennial favourite Lavender Whipped Body Butter. It’s all natural and works wonders on dry, sensitive skin. I’ll have pots tomorrow at Pugwash Farmers' Market.

A beautiful sunny Friday here in NB. Thankful the frost missed our farm this morning. I was eager planting some annuals mid week. It didn’t go past 6c so I’m very happy the babies survived.

Signs! Got a new sign 💜

It’s a great time for shopping LOCAL. We are all setup for another great season at the Shediac Craft Shop. It’s the red store beside the world’s biggest 🦞

May hours are Wed-Sun 10 to 5. June onwards 7 days a week.

Full of artisan wares it’s a real gem.

Happy May long weekend all! Had a fabulous Saturday at the first Pugwash Farmers' Market. Runs every Saturday till October. Our 4th season and we truly appreciate your support.

Spent this morning, a very windy morning trimming back two rows in phase 2.

Talked to a number of folks about the health of their lavender. No it’s not dead it’s dormant. Look deep inside your plant before you yank it out. It’s not too late to give your lavender plant a Spring haircut. Patience is the name of the game.

Remember it’s NO MOW MAY. Give our best friends a break 🐝💜

Join us tomorrow for the first Pugwash Farmers' Market of the season. Running every Saturday from 8:30-1:00 💜🧑‍🌾

We are bringing some healthy Munstead lavender plants. Also a new product addition includes car/closet diffusers filled with our lavender essential oil. Plus the usual lavender favourites… shave soap, artisan soap, shower steamers, linen spray, essential oil, herbal tea, sachets.

The forecast looks sunny & bright 💛☀️

We can’t wait to see your smiling faces, been a long winter.

Been a busy few days around here. Spring is in full swing in SE New Brunswick. The chore list is getting checked off. We are also sowing Creeping Thyme and Kentucky Blue Grass between the lavender plants in our first phase. I sadly bought ineffective ground cover that did not withstand our crazy winds.

The plants are coming out of dormancy. No losses this year which is a big win.

What’s got you excited about this Spring? Have you trimmed your lavender yet? Remember don’t cut into the brown parts/wood! Stay in the green 💚💜
