We are getting so excited for the start of Garlic Festival Season, and our first festival is going to be the South Cariboo Garlic Festival, happening this weekend in beautiful Lac La Hash BC! You won’t want to miss this! Come on out and meet the Godfather of Garlic, get your photo taken with him, and pick up your supply of garlic for the season, whether you are planting or cooking, we have you covered!!! We are hoping to have our varieties list up on our website as early as tomorrow, I will provide a link to thaNicola Valley Farmers' Marketable. We are also super excited to be sponsoring the garlic eating contest this year!!!

In addition to being at the South Cariboo Garlic Festival, we will also be at the Nicola Valley Farmers' Market with all of our usual vegetables, including our peaches and cream corn, which is now in season!

3 Bar Farms is heading to the Nicola Valley Farmers Market this Saturday, August 1 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

We’ve got a big haul of summer veggies ready for you:
• Green, yellow & patty pan zucchini
• Pickling cukes, English & slicing cucumbers
• Peas & beans
• Potatoes & onions
• Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, Swiss chard & celery
• Garlic, eggplant, hot & sweet peppers
• Carrots & beets

Now is the time to load up on broccoli, beets, and zucchini — perfect if you’re canning, freezing, or filling the cold room for winter.
