We produced the best possible quality certified organic, pasture raised chicken, Berkshire pork, lamb and bedding plants. Fresh chicken was available weekly between June and Thanksgiving, and frozen product year round. With the goals of sustainable farm management, humane and ethical treatment of animals, and of sharing these values with the public by example, we became Certified Organic in November 2010.
